![]() ![]() Maybe someone down there can tell me where the hell I ended up. Watching below me, I hummed in interest when I noticed a small forest with what looked like a tiny little village in the middle and a waterfall that seemed very out of place a few clicks away from it. I pat his large metallic head with a smile on my face when he sat me comfortable on it and began floating downwards slowly. "Grab me with Confusion and set me on your back!" I ordered, no need to waste the extra energy on Psychic.Ī split second later, Metang's eye glowed with a bright blue power and my body's momentum shifted to a crawl. ".Tang?" Metang floated around him, humming on confusion. Now even my starter has trouble bringing him down even with a type advantage. ![]() But I raised my starter alone for months and earned three gym badges with just it before I ever got Metang as a weak little Beldum, rare but very weak when I got him. Granted, that doesn't sound all that impressive to people when they learn I've only got three pokemon. I couldn't even begin to imagine how much Metang was worth, but to me at least he was priceless and my second strongest pokemon. Honestly, just a normal Beldum would have been worth millions, this guy was a rare color, the only other person in existence who had a Metang like me at some point was the Hoenn Champion Steven Stone. I actually never caught it, having won it at a tournament on the S.S Anne. ![]() Metang was the second pokemon I ever obtained. ![]() Beside me, the shining silver and gold form of my loyal and reliable Metang coalesced into existence. Pressing the button in the middle I released the pokemon within in a burst of bright silvery light. I quickly palmed one of the shrunken pokeballs attached to my silver belt and expanded it to fit my palm. A mind capable of adapting to any situation was essential for any half decent pokemon trainer. That and the instinctive knowledge that I'd be fine, I had a pokemon that would be perfectly capable of seeing to my safety the plan to save myself shot into my head within seconds. It was mere luck I didn't soil myself out of fright. Granted size is also a factor.Ī scream of terror tore itself from my throat as I suddenly found myself falling from high altitude, plummeting through a layer of cloud formations and shooting down above what looked like a desert. Most of the pokemon are at their middle stages already because he's only focused on three of them, that and digimon are just flat out more powerful on average at the Champion level, the vast majority of them could easily take on fully evolved pokemon, going by their data at least. I picked three simply so I could work on three varied things to write about, I mentioned in the first one I haven't written in a while so I want to get back into the swing of things and I thought three different series would be enough to get the creativity flowing. Metang: Take Down, Confusion, Psychic, Metal Claw, Protect, Gravity, Icy Wind, Hyper Beamĭoublade: Fury Cutter, Metal Sound, Automize, Flash Cannon, Shock Wave, Protect, Shadow Sneakīlack Agumon: Tackle, Bubble, Acid Bubble, Pepper Flame, Spitefire Blast, Mach Jab, Black Bite, Dynamite KickĪn - This is the third and last quest I'll be working on. During his journey prior to arriving in the Digital World, Cobalt focused mostly on his starter pokemon in the beginning, spending at least a week in the Viridian Forest and obtaining three badges prior to gaining his second pokemon, which he won during a tournament on the S.S Anne.Ĭharmeleon: Ember, Flamethrower, Scratch, Slash, Metal Claw, Smokescreen, Thunder Punch, Quick Attack, Dragonbreath, Bite, Siesmic Toss, Protect And as a top scorer earned the right to chose one of the three yearly appointed Kanto Starter Pokemon, picking Charmander as his starter. What is known about him though, is that he's a young prodigy trainer having completed and passed the self defense and survival training courses and was one of the top three scorers in his class when passing the test to become a trainer, quite a bit younger than his classmates at that. History: Not much is known currently about Cobalt's past. Cobalt is cautious, even while well prepared and won't risk the safety of himself or his squad unless he's certain they can complete the objective without casualties.(Known to this point.) He dreams of becoming a Pokemon Master and won't let opportunity pass him by. Personality: A trained pokemon trainer and survivor, willing to be brutal, ruthless and even cruel when it comes to surviving. He finds himself in a strange foreign world filled with odd beings rather akin to Pokemon. A young prodigal pokemon trainer runs afoul an annoying Porygon and finds himself sent hurdling through the world of data. ![]()
